Since its establishment in 1932, Baltimore Contractors has grown over the past half century from a small, personalized contractor to become a diversified General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design/Builder prepared to meet the challenges of the new Millennium. Currently owned by John Rouse, grandson of the original founder, BCI has completed many types of major construction projects throughout the United States including:
